At Head Onsen, we highly value the time we spend providing peace for each customer's mind and body. Therefore, when making a reservation, we kindly request punctuality.

In the event of a delay, we may not be able to guarantee the reserved spa time, so please be mindful of this.

Furthermore, please note that in the case of cancellations on the day of the appointment or without prior contact, we may not be able to accept future reservations.

We require a deposit when making a reservation at our salon. The service fee will be deducted from the deposit on the day of the appointment, and deposits are non-refundable except for cancellations made by the day before.
